The second annual KH5K was held on May 3, 2014 on the Katy Trail. It was a tremendous success – as a running event, and as a fund raiser for Family Gateway.
KHK was able to raise about $14,000 that can be used toward the purchase of a van for Family Gateway. Combined with last year’s funds raised of $5,200, we will be able to purchase the van, and hope to have the new van within the next few weeks. This is a great accomplishment, and is due in large part to the generosity and support of our sponsors and individual contributors.
